Available at every level. You pick the level of involvement: Walls, Single-Day, Half-House, or Full-House Builds. Each choice offers the opportunity to invite employees, family, and friends to come out and lend a hand.
Our Habitat Stores accept new and gently-used furniture and building surplus (Freeland only) items. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Due to limited resources and storage capacity, please call or stop by to discuss any donations with the store manager in Oak Harbor (360.675.8733) and Freeland (360.331.6272).
The Employer Matching Gift programs are offered through many companies and could possibly double or triple the contributions made by employees and retirees. The process is simple: Ask if your company has a Match Gift Program. If so, obtain a Matching Gift form from your personnel office, complete the form, and return it to the Island County Habitat office with your contribution.
If you would like to make a gift to honor or remember a loved one, please mark the appropriate box on the online donation form, or include a note with your mailed-in donation.
A Charitable gift of stocks and bonds provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously sharing with others. Our ED can guide you through the process to make the stock transfer via our secure broker.

Habitat for Humanity of Island County depends on your continuous support. With the help of donors, sponsors, suppliers and volunteers, you can build the neighborhoods that make us proud, and provide affordable housing to local families. There are several ways you can provide this support, and every donation brings us close to that goal.
1000 Friends is the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Here's how it works:
1. Pledge to donate at least $50 semi-annually. Habitat will notify you each May and November to collect your pledge.
2. Combine that donation with 1000 people in the community.
3. This will generate enough funds to build one additional home.
